AS AN ALL-ROUND TALENT, YOU WILL MASTER THE FOLLOWING CORE ACTIVITIES
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of production departments with responsibility for efficient, high-quality, and on-time manufacturing processes
- Development and technical implementation of new product ideas – from concept phase to series production – in close collaboration with sales management
- Implementation of company goals in engineering and production through optimization of existing processes and introduction of forward-looking solutions
- Advancement of existing production, measurement, and testing processes to sustainably secure competitiveness
ABOVE ALL, YOU BRING:
- Completed technical degree (e.g., weapons engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: State-certified technician with in-depth experience in hunting, sporting, and law enforcement firearms
- Leadership experience in precision manufacturing, ideally in weapons technology or comparable industry
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining and modern manufacturing and testing technologies
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO, VDI/VDE) in measurement technology
- Structured, solution-oriented approach and experience in team leadership
- Passion for precision and innovative product development
