AS AN ALL-ROUND TALENT, YOU WILL MASTER THE FOLLOWING CORE ACTIVITIES
- Precision grinding of reamers, gauges, and components according to technical drawings – primarily on Haas 5-axis grinding machines and Studer CNC cylindrical grinders
- Setting up and programming machines (control systems including Haas Horizon, Studer WinNC)
- Quality control using modern CNC measuring systems
- Basic maintenance tasks on assigned machinery
- Occasional support in assembly and laser marking departments
ABOVE ALL, YOU BRING:
- Completed vocational training as precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, or equivalent
- Solid CNC fundamentals (task-specific training available)
- Willingness to work flexibly across cylindrical grinding, profile grinding, assembly, and laser marking
- Good PC skills and independent working style
- CNC grinding experience is an advantage but not required
